registration PROCESS

Registration for the Oklahoma Brain Bee requires the following:

1. Read the Competition Rules

2. Complete the online Registration form by clicking here. Deadline for registration is January 5, 2022.

3. In February 2022: Read, fill and sign the Release form for the Oklahoma Neuroscience Chapter. Parent / Guardian of minor applicants (below 18 yrs of age) must fill this form out. Completed forms can be scanned and sent via email or alternatively can be brought to the competition. Participants cannot compete in the Brain Bee unless forms are signed by their guardians and turned into the Brain Bee coordinators.

For attendees of the Prep sessions, please read, fill and sign both release forms shown below. Each event must have a separate release form signed for it.

Deadline for registration is January 5, 2022.

2022 Oklahoma Brain Bee Release form will be available in February 2022.
